Requirements

- Proven experience winning new business in pharma, biotech, or CDMO sectors
- Strong understanding of drug development and regulatory landscapes
- Expertise in external communication with customers, prospects, and industry partners
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles
- Additional languages are a bonus
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips
Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities in nucleic acid therapeutics
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to uncover high-potential leads
- Promote Axolabs as a leading multi-site CRO/CDMO
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Drive business growth through structured sales processes
- Conduct strategic negotiations
