- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- High customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills
Tasks
- Oversee customer acquisition in Switzerland
- Maximize sales opportunities within assigned accounts
- Establish professional relationships with key personnel
- Analyze and develop market potential
- Lead development of new accounts
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients in BioPharma markets
- Build an in-depth understanding of customers' businesses and industries
- Develop strategic partnerships with key decision makers
- Position long-term strategic solutions for customers
- Understand the company's capabilities and service offerings
- Manage marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and seminars
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential opportunities
- Engage regional operatives to position services
- Collaborate with multi-functional departments to develop solutions
- Deliver high-impact, complex solutions valued by customers
- Monitor and improve quality through metrics and customer satisfaction
- Identify risk areas and manage contingency plans
- Identify new market opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and track KPIs
