Requirements

• •Science or Engineering BS/BA required
• •Advanced degree preferred in technical field
• •10+ years pharma industry experience
• •Experience in cross-cultural environments
• •Experience in SAP replacement project
• •Experience in agile team role
• •Expert in Make / Produce Product processes
• •Proven negotiation and influence skills
• •Deep knowledge in change management
• •Experience in process optimization
• •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• •APICS and/or SCOR certification preferred
• •Experience in Business Process Excellence
• •Experience applying LEAN and Agile methodology
• •Experience as Product Owner or Manager

Tasks

• •Lead performance of L3 and L4 processes.
• •Act as a subject matter expert and data steward.
• •Collaborate with BCLs, BCOs, and customers for solutions.
• •Anticipate stakeholder and business needs.
• •Track and troubleshoot process and system issues.
• •Work with teams to identify root causes.
• •Submit remediation requests for system issues.
• •Develop and update global training materials.
• •Create and maintain process flows and documentation.
• •Provide training for end users.
• •Support Product Manager or Product Owner roles.
• •Ensure process execution is harmonized across organizations.
• •Assist with data steward efforts as needed.
• •Utilize Lean methods in daily activities.
• •Exhibit PT Behaviors.
