  • •Experience with HR systems or Jira/Confluence
  • •Ability to translate requirements into configurations
  • •Understanding of integrations, APIs, and automation
  • •Structured, analytical working style
  • •Experience coordinating external consultants and vendors
  • •Strong communication and international teamwork skills
  • •Fluent English and beneficial German skills
  • •Hands-on mindset and system architecture understanding

Tasks

  • •Manage the lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA, Personio, and Jira
  • •Lead the setup of the Finance-centric ERP system
  • •Optimize core financial processes like GL and AP/AR
  • •Coordinate with external SAP partners on change requests
  • •Enhance HR processes within the Personio platform
  • •Drive automation for payroll data and time tracking
  • •Administer Jira workflows and Confluence documentation
  • •Build integrations across the company's core software stack
  • •Identify opportunities for system data harmonization
  • •Advise business teams on process improvements
  • •Deliver system training and second-level support
  • •Manage external vendors and implementation projects
