Requirements

  • 5+ years Business Analyst experience in complex environments
  • Relevant university degree
  • Experience in mobility, tolling, fintech, or similar domains
  • Strong expertise in requirements engineering
  • Strong expertise in process modeling (BPMN)
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder facilitation
  • Understanding of system integrations
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Understanding of data flows
  • Structured, analytical mindset
  • Ability to simplify complex topics
  • Ability to drive clarity
  • Proactive work ethic with strong ownership
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to align diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • Ideally fluent German
  • Additional European languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Analyze complex tolling and business processes
  • Integrate, order, provision, and bill services
  • Comply with regulatory constraints
  • Elicit and document business and system requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops
  • Map and maintain end-to-end business processes
  • Cover customer, order, subscription, billing, and support lifecycles
  • Create and manage BPMN models
  • Document current and target state processes
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate alignment across business, product, architecture, and engineering
  • Ensure clear, actionable, and well-structured documentation

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
