Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration with focus on Strategy, Innovation or Management Control or similar education
- 3 years relevant professional experience e.g. from global Accountancy Consultancy
- Ability to understand and assess complex business cases and develop solution approaches
- Excellent command of English
- Conceptual and strategic thinking with high implementation orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of findings to management and stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and data sources
- Capacity to analyze data objectively, applying logic
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, able to work with large data sets for analytical support
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation purposes
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact directly with senior executives
Tasks
- Conduct market, industry, and competition reviews
- Perform benchmark exercises
- Collaborate with team to align strategic goals
- Assist in developing project strategies
- Create execution plans
- Identify potential risks and opportunities
- Propose mitigation strategies
- Provide financial insights for strategic decisions
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
- Communicate financial performance to senior management
- Report financial performance to project teams
- Analyze data to identify trends
- Identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work with Regional COOs
- Engage with finance and local management
- Coordinate with project management
- Present financial information to stakeholders
- Update stakeholders on project progress
