Tasks
- Support business in drafting business/functional requirements
- Participate in the Orchestrade project
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance
- Act as interface between business/users and software engineering teams
- Define and contribute to delivery of solutions
- Ensure quality of deliveries and business expectations
- Provide general support to the business
- Document, train, and share knowledge with business and IT members
- Support Power Trading System with high availability
- Understand business objectives and priorities
- Propose value-adding solutions
- Configure system for business readiness
- Define and validate business/functional requirements
- Ensure consistency with systems landscape and strategy
- Work with technical team on solutions design and delivery
- Collaborate with vendor team on core development
- Prepare and execute test plans
- Ensure compliance with user/business/functional specifications
- Ensure compliance with IT control framework
- Work with BA’s and IT resources on migration
- Propose business process improvements
- Prepare project plans and change initiatives
- Contribute to project implementation
- Liaise with business on service delivery
- Promote IT solutions
- Manage backlog of change requirements
- Assist in delivery of change requirements
- Provide user support
- Assist with incident and problem resolution
