- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal clients
- Coach the team in Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and cross-team dependencies
- Promote collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business
- Monitor delivery performance using Agile metrics
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for continuous improvement
