- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to develop customer contacts
- Commercial astuteness with finance knowledge for quotation and negotiation
- Fluent German and English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Tasks
- Commercially manage existing contracts.
- Identify and secure RFQs for new business.
- Align RFQ efforts with IES Sales strategy.
- Contribute to project commercial activities.
- Protect PO's interests with customers.
- Represent customer interests within PO.
- Achieve objectives defined during annual appraisal.
- Define pricing policy for new business.
- Generate quotes for piece price, tooling, and D&D.
- Format quotes using customer QAF.
- Maintain and improve margins.
- Utilize the Engineering Change Request process.
- Conduct productivity studies.
- Update customer Quotation Answer Forms.
- Perform contract reviews.
- Liaise with customer purchasing centers.
- Obtain customer orders.
- Oversee timely settlement of customer invoices.
- Manage invoices for tooling, D&D, and piece price.
- Support plants by securing orders.
- Secure orders for extraordinary activities.
- Manage orders for overtime, quality, and color changes.
