Brand Manager, Switzerland and Austria(m/w/x)
Strategic brand planning and execution for RNAi therapeutics in amyloidosis for Switzerland and Austria. Proven pharma/biotech brand management experience required. 12-month fixed-term opportunity, recognized top biopharma employer.
Requirements
- Proven brand management and marketing experience (pharma/biotech)
- Cardiology marketing experience is a plus
- Experience planning, organizing, and executing events/congresses
- Ability to deliver impactful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of specialty care commercialization (rare disease)
- Knowledge of Switzerland and Austria markets
- Proficient understanding of Swiss/Austrian compliance and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to interpret and leverage data effectively
- Solid understanding of financial principles
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work structured and autonomous
- Willingness to travel (Switzerland, international, Austria)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Science or genetics education is an advantage
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- French is a plus
- Hands-on key account management experience is an advantage
- Hands-on sales experience is an advantage
Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans
- Manage Alnylam product in amyloidosis therapeutic area
- Lead marketing and event initiatives in Switzerland and Austria
- Act as primary brand expert for local and European alignment
- Implement local strategic and tactical plans for ATTR Amyloidosis
- Focus on cardiologists in marketing efforts
- Execute marketing activities and localize materials
- Manage omnichannel projects and Veeva Promomats assets
- Develop account plans with Commercial and Medical Affairs
- Lead high-quality execution of congresses and events
- Ensure compliance and post-event documentation
- Represent Alnylam at national congresses and events
- Support contract creation and management
- Collaborate with regional Product Leads and cross-functional teams
- Track and analyze KPIs for timely course correction
- Provide input to local market access and medical activities
- Maintain highest ethical standards and compliance
