Requirements
- BSc or MSc in relevant scientific/engineering discipline or 7+ years hands-on USP operations experience
- Expertise in GMP environments, USP workflows, troubleshooting, bioprocess equipment
- Experience with MES/DeltaV recipe creation, execution, or review (advantageous)
- Structured and proactive working style, effective cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills, readiness to support customer audits
- Ability to lead tasks independently, contribute to continuous improvement
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty/Pikett
Tasks
- Drive operational excellence in Downstream Processing
- Plan and execute USP manufacturing campaigns
- Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- Evaluate and interpret process performance
- Troubleshoot USP equipment
- Recommend solutions to operational issues
- Prepare and execute risk assessments
- Maintain GMP-relevant documents and SOPs
- Support tech transfer documentation
- Prepare and review quality records
- Support deviations, change controls, and investigations
- Perform equipment qualification activities
- Support manufacturing suite qualification
- Support automation system qualification
- Lead USP operational readiness
- Conduct process validation
- Provide training
- Manage in-process control
- Deliver startup-phase tasks
Work Experience

- Master's degree
