- Oversee all process steps from cell culture to filling
- Conduct viability studies for clinical and commercial projects
- Ensure timely execution of operational activities within safety and quality standards
- Lead preparation, manufacturing execution, cleaning, and changeover in the assigned area
- Supervise defined USP areas for therapeutic protein production
- Oversee defined DSP areas for therapeutic protein purification
