Requirements

  • •Apprenticeship in technical field or B.Sc./M.Sc. degree
  • •Relevant work experience in manufacturing plants
  • •Hands-on experience in GMP operations
  • •Knowledge of chromatography and ultrafiltration
  • •Knowledge in process automation (MES) preferred
  • •Excellent communication skills in English
  • •Working proficiency in German advantageous

Tasks

  • •Provide hands-on technical and organizational support
  • •Manufacture Bioconjugate drug substances
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to bring systems online
  • •Contribute to commissioning, qualification, and validation
  • •Support technical deviation investigations and change controls
  • •Conduct risk assessments and regulatory documentation
  • •Lead troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions
  • •Train colleagues on cGMP and HSE standards
  • •Ensure operational readiness and on-time delivery
  • •Implement continuous improvements and new ideas
