- •Generate and validate customer invoices
- •Ensure compliance with ASC 606 standards
- •Reconcile orders and revenue schedules daily
- •Identify non-standard terms affecting revenue
- •Resolve complex billing and fulfillment escalations
- •Investigate discrepancies using Salesforce and Stripe
- •Process credit memos and billing corrections
- •Provide extended support during financial closes
