Tasks
- Guide complex, high-commercial-impact projects from early sales to execution readiness
- Advise Sales and Key Account Management on negotiations and frame agreement decisions
- Ensure commercially sound bid outcomes
- Manage resource, milestone, and budget planning end to end
- Take full responsibility for cost optimization during the sales phase
- Maintain financial control until project handover
- Identify value drivers and areas for improvement with the Value Engineering team
- Enhance execution concepts continuously
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement
- Share standards on cost, concepts, and contractual alignment
- Run initiatives across Bid Management and the Sales Value Chain
- Contribute to global initiatives
- Ensure local implementation of global initiatives
- Act as a key knowledge holder for complex Bid Management interfaces
