- Provide short beauty services across all departments
- Support the execution of beauty classes
- Maintain product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications
- Manage assortment and merchandise maintenance
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked
- Prepare products for sale
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- Handle warehousing and stocking in the warehouse and on the floor
- Assist with merchandising updates and store conversions
- Perform regular inventory counts on schedule
- Operate the cash register
- Monitor retail key figures including conversion rates and average basket value
- Drive customer satisfaction and positive feedback
- Support category development and turnover targets
- Execute daily operational routines and administrative tasks
