  • •Confident handling of MS Office 365
  • •Fluent German and good English skills
  • •Talent for communication and quick grasp of new ideas
  • •High degree of flexibility and willingness to familiarize with unfamiliar topics
  • •Previous experience in a similar role
  • •Experience in service sector for banks or IT management of SLAs and escalations
