- •Confident handling of MS Office 365
- •Fluent German and good English skills
- •Talent for communication and quick grasp of new ideas
- •High degree of flexibility and willingness to familiarize with unfamiliar topics
- •Previous experience in a similar role
- •Experience in service sector for banks or IT management of SLAs and escalations
