Description

In this role, you will guide prospective clients through Banking Operations services, lead onboarding projects, and provide consultancy to optimize their operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients, managing project deliverables, and engaging in strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• •Banking education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent with good knowledge of financial instruments and regulatory requirements
• •7+ years’ work experience in the banking industry
• •Excellent knowledge of Banking Operations services (e.g. Securities Operations, Cash Operations, Asset Servicing or Masterdata Management)
• •Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• •Strong sense of responsibility and solutions oriented with high level of integrity and reliability
• •Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• •Good command of written and spoken English (any other language is a plus)
• •Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• •Adaptability and flexibility in case of occasional and time-limited support across locations aiming to cover specific tasks (e.g., post go-live stabilization)
• •Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability

• •German, Italian and French knowledge is a plus

• •Provide insights and guidance to prospective clients on Banking Operations services
• •Tailor offers based on client needs and market considerations
• •Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• •Create Banking Operations implementation plans and timelines
• •Lead the onboarding process for successful implementation
• •Coordinate workshops on process business cuts and golden copy setup
• •Manage user acceptance testing and go-live coordination
• •Oversee post-implementation governance
• •Offer consultancy to clients on operational challenges and optimizations
• •Conduct initial assessments of client issues requiring support
• •Draft concise reports with recommendations tailored to client capabilities
• •Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• •Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• •Ensure project structure, governance, and stakeholder management
