- Logical thinking and strong Excel skills for logistics process streamlining
- Attention to detail in updating documents and ensuring order accuracy
- Ability to flag and resolve arising issues
- Effective prioritization and time management
- Balancing task delivery with ad hoc matters
- Experience with SaaS tools
- Enthusiasm for improving quality and efficiency with modern technology, including AI
- Identification of areas for CO2 emission minimization
- Associate Degree
- Internship experience
Tasks
- Answer and anticipate Retail Partners' needs
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and back-orders
- Manage after-sale service and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with 3PL to ensure timely shipping
- Identify and resolve order and delivery roadblocks
- Support sales reps and Retail Partners
- Enter and update orders in the system
- Inform partners of production and delivery changes
- Apply modern approaches to improve business processes
- Maintain CRM systems and account details
- Onboard new retail accounts
- Provide Retail Partners with sales tools
- Manage oversells with Retail Partners and sales reps
- Resolve issues with orders, deliveries, warranties, and returns
- Ensure high-standard communication with Retail Partners
- Gather and record sell-through information
- Share sell-through data with sales reps
- Provide proactive sales recommendations to Retail Partners
Education
