Tasks

  • Serve as the primary contact for North American Retail Partners
  • Respond to partner requests and anticipate needs
  • Maintain smooth and professional communication
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and back-orders
  • Track invoices to ensure partner awareness
  • Exceed partner expectations regarding order status
  • Manage after-sale service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with sales teams using product and customer knowledge
  • Communicate daily with 3PL providers
  • Ensure timely order shipments
  • Identify and report logistical roadblocks
  • Implement solutions for logistical issues
  • Support local sales representatives
  • Follow up with Retail Partners to maximize sales
  • Resolve Retail Partner issues
  • Ensure accurate entry of account orders into the system
  • Inform partners of production and delivery schedule changes
  • Update account contact details in CRM systems
  • Maintain sales terms in CRM systems
  • Onboard new retail partners
  • Ensure partners access relevant sales tools
  • Manage overselling situations with partners and sales reps
  • Resolve order placement issues
  • Resolve delivery issues
  • Resolve warranty issues
  • Resolve return issues
  • Ensure highest standard of communication with partners
  • Utilize appropriate communication tools
  • Gather and record sell-through information from partners
  • Share sell-through information with sales representatives
  • Provide proactive recommendations to partners
  • Offer guidance to partners to maximize sales
  • Assist Sales Reps with ad hoc requests
