  • •Integrate testing into production processes
  • •Perform hazard and risk assessments for quality and safety oversight
  • •Provide technical support and troubleshoot assembly issues
  • •Support production staff and collaborate with design teams
  • •Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify inefficiencies
  • •Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
  • •Manage documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • •Write and maintain test procedures and quality control records
  • •Supervise maintenance and calibration of production equipment
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, quality, and AIT teams
  • •Introduce production processes into PLM/MES systems for traceability
