Requirements

  • •PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Automation Engineering or related field
  • •At least 5-10 years of experience in automation within the pharmaceutical industry
  • •Proven experience in digital transformation and systems optimization
  • •Familiarity with drug substance technical development and quality controls laboratory processes
  • •Strong working knowledge of GMP information systems
  • •Demonstrated experience in transitioning organizations towards integrated digital systems automation
  • •Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
  • •Strong strategic thinking abilities
  • •Excellent communication and partnering skills
