- •Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
- •Experience in industrial automation, robotics integration or robotics field service
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Strong mechanical foundation with programming experience
- •Willingness to travel up to 15%

Tasks
- •Lead planning and installation of turnkey systems
- •Commission and validate automated equipment
- •Program MachineMotion and various robotics systems
- •Provide technical support for mechanical and software issues
- •Deliver customer training and troubleshooting services
- •Participate in a 24/7 support rotation starting in 2026
- •Act as on-site technical lead for deployments
- •Conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Tests
- •Identify and implement process enhancements
- •Develop internal SOPs and technical documentation
- •Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams
