Tasks
- Manage customer relationships
- Oversee equipment installation environment during activities
- Facilitate on-site communication with the customer for installation and logistics
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and timely equipment installation following KONE methods
- Report installation progress to the installation supervisor
- Report shortages or damage and order replacement parts promptly
- Maintain installation tooling in safe and good condition
- Ensure secure storage and handling of delivered equipment
- Communicate with the builder to avoid installation interruptions
- Familiarize with the A.M. manual and field letter updates
- Ensure a safe working environment during installation activities
- Receive, check, and store materials
- Install according to predetermined methods and schedule
- Submit timekeeping reports, quality feedback forms, and warranty claims
- Provide feedback to improve the product for the supply line
- Train and coach trainees and helpers as required by the supervisor
