Requirements
- •8+ years experience in Big 4
- •Knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, IFRS
- •Knowledge of SOX and PCAOB standards
- •US CPA qualification or equivalent certification
- •Experience managing large multi-location audits
- •Effective client and network firm management
- •Experience building senior management relationships
- •Teamwork and upward reporting skills
- •Excellent English verbal and written communication
- •French language skills (plus)
- •Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting
- •Experience in Auditing and Compliance Auditing
- •Analytical thinking and data analysis skills
Education
Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

Tasks
- •Lead audits for engineering and manufacturing clients
- •Manage integrated audits for SEC-filing companies using US GAAP
- •Oversee statutory audits under Swiss law
- •Conduct private company audits following IFRS standards
- •Manage non-financial and ESG report audits
- •Prepare audit files for partner review
- •Present audit findings to management and boards
- •Develop and expand strategic client relationships
- •Advise clients on technical accounting matters
- •Drive your own professional development and flexibility
