- Strong commercial awareness and proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end financial statement audits for asset managers and private equity firms
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO, and Swiss GAAP FER
- Audit complex investment valuations across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate
- Manage SEC filing requirements and coordinate with PCAOB and SOX requirements
- Assess and advise on FINMA regulatory compliance and supervisory audits
- Support PwC USA's asset management initiatives and product launches
- Coordinate international audit teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions
- Prepare audit files for Partner review and present findings to senior management and Boards
- Build and deepen long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Champion digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation
- Develop and inspire your team through coaching and structured feedback
- Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
