- •Over 10 years of experience in public accounting
- •US CPA qualification or equivalent certification
- •Proven track record of leading teams
- •Experience managing large, multi-location audits
- •Ability to build sustainable senior client relationships
- •Understanding of clients’ strategic and operational drivers
- •Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- •Team player with servant leadership qualities
- •Skills in data analysis and interpretation

- •Oversee integrated audits for clients in the Trade, Industries & Services sector
- •Execute testing of SOX internal controls per PCAOB guidance
- •Manage statutory audits for companies reporting under Swiss law
- •Lead audits for private companies using IFRS
- •Conduct audits of non-financial reports, including ESG audits
- •Coordinate and lead international teams across the US and Europe
- •Build and nurture strong client relationships
- •Act as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters
- •Prepare audit files for Partner review
- •Present findings to management or Boards of Directors
