Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or similar
  • Initial experience in Strategy, Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and their translation into practical, scalable business processes
  • Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Experience in automotive or industrial environment (advantageous)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • German language skills (advantageous)

Tasks

  • Establish and run Executive Steering Committee
  • Ensure standardized project reporting
  • Design and lead CEO-level technical escalation forum
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies for root-cause analyses
  • Support strategic OEM relationships
  • Co-steer acquisitions and publicly funded projects
  • Lead conceptualization of strategic programs
  • Execute joint ventures and vertical integration initiatives
  • Evaluate and select AI technologies
  • Implement AI to automate workflows
  • Boost engineering productivity
  • Build long-term competitive advantage
  • Act as trusted advisor to VP Corporate Strategy
  • Deliver ad-hoc strategic initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional alignment
  • Provide management support
  • Conduct decision-driving analyses
