Requirements
- Formal education in merchandising, business, marketing or related field (plus)
- Few years of experience in merchandising, product management, or related area
- Strong analytical skills and product performance understanding
- Solid knowledge of merchandising processes and product lifecycle

Tasks
- Manage product attributes accurately.
- Manage HTT assortment for assigned collections and GBA.
- Support Mainline Women assortment.
- Align assortments with FTW, Accessories, and Marketing.
- Define ideal merchandising mix.
- Define seasonal priorities.
- Align merchandising mix and priorities with the merchandising lead.
- Perform data entry for the merchandising team.
- Organize product samples.
- Prepare seasonal reports.
- Analyze product performance, identifying bestsellers, slow movers, and trends.
- Assist in building seasonal line plans, ensuring accurate details and updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on product development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on assortment alignment.
- Manage system updates: pricing, SKU, product information.
- Support in-season business tracking.
- Manage ad-hoc projects.
- Present collections to regional leads during GTM milestones.
- Coordinate Eastpak processes and alignment across milestones.
- Support line creation, aligning with Timberland and Eastpak strategy.
- Lead calendar coordination.
- Lead sample purchasing.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on assortments.
- Evaluate global lines, trends, and competition.
- Identify white-space opportunities.
- Analyze revenue and margin potential.
- Support pricing management.
- Support lifecycle management.
- Analyze in-season data with regional teams.
- Identify in-season opportunities (OMU/SMU).
- Lead PLM implementation for Bags.
- Ensure ongoing Enovia maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and clear merchandising systems and product information.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic and operational priorities.
- Support seasonal assortment alignment via clear communication and documentation.
- Monitor market needs, consumer insights, and internal milestones.
- Lead Eastpak project operational processes.
- Drive Eastpak project planning.
- Support merchandising team across seasonal milestones.
- Coordinate product assortments.
- Align assortments with brand strategy.
