In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product planning and development, ensuring timely execution of merchandising strategies while analyzing market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• •Minimum 2 years of experience
• •Minimum 1 year of product management experience
• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management, or similar
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Strong desire to work in the Apparel Industry and ability to identify trends
• •Sales-oriented mindset and analytical skills
• •Understanding of global industry, consumer, and culture
• •Advanced computer literacy and facility with Microsoft Office, Excel, Keynote/Power Point, Illustrator, and PLM system
• •Organizational ability for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• •Ability to maintain a cooperative team environment
• •Resourcefulness and ability to sense urgency
• •Fluency in English
• •Intermediate proficiency in Excel

Tasks

• •Create and manage style and color creation in the FLEX System
• •Update systems based on milestone changes, including tracking files and line lists
• •Assist in generating reports for the Merchandising team
• •Analyze competitor products and sales programs to inform product line decisions
• •Ensure critical gates and deadlines are met with timely data coordination
• •Prepare and gather garments for meetings and presentations
• •Manage product lifecycle data and perform data clean-up
• •Support the product merchandising team in creating and updating assortments
• •Organize and maintain team documents in SharePoint
• •Conduct seasonal analysis to suggest product merchandising improvements
• •Maintain the business database for merchandising planning
