- Maintain accurate employee data
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Support local HR initiatives
- Coordinate engagement actions and trainings
- Communicate HR information clearly
- Support team-level change activities
- Leverage digital tools for efficiency
- Use AI and automation to improve processes
