Tasks
- Manage VP’s priorities and prepare executive-ready briefings
- Ensure follow-through on decisions and commitments
- Plan and drive preparation for senior leader meetings
- Create agendas, pre-reads, talking points, and action logs
- Track and close follow-ups
- Maintain forward-looking view of milestones, deadlines, and risks
- Proactively surface issues and recommend actions
- Represent VP in internal and external meetings
- Escalate or make decisions as appropriate
- Build and sustain team operating rhythms
- Create and maintain meeting cadences, reporting templates, governance mechanisms
- Improve team effectiveness by removing operational bottlenecks
- Convert strategic intent into executable workplans
- Recommend resource trade-offs to protect high-value work
- Lead design and activation of commercial partnership models
- Engage health systems, private-sector partners, NGOs, and financing bodies
- Drive end-to-end project execution for new product launches
- Scope, plan, and align cross-functional teams
- Ensure launch readiness and conduct post-launch reviews
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Align incentives, clarify roles, and create pathways to scale
- Build and maintain project tracking systems and KPIs
- Provide real-time visibility into status, decisions, and risks
