Tasks
- Lead the Funds Desk Trading team
- Supervise operational activities and people management
- Oversee client order execution for online and non-online products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Handle working orders for Institutional and HNWI clients
- Provide personalized client support
- Support brokers and counterparties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Participate in projects to enhance trader environment
- Implement strategic projects set by management
- Update internal and external trading processes
- Manage Lombard loan rates on Funds universe
- Monitor market trends and adjust pledge values
- Foster a positive work atmosphere
- Promote team collaboration and trust
- Address team conflicts with senior management and HR
- Support employee growth through training and mentorship
- Lead the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition Partner
- Introduce new hires to the team and organization
- Set performance expectations and provide feedback
- Conduct performance reviews and address issues
- Manage underperformance with senior management and HR
