Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
  • •10+ years clinical operations experience
  • •Ideally Master's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline
  • •Ideally 8+ years clinical operations experience
  • •Proficiency in MS Office
  • •Experience with Project Planning Applications
  • •Extensive regional or global clinical study management experience
  • •Willingness to travel per business need

Tasks

  • •Define and implement regional operational strategies
  • •Build long-term indication-level operational plans
  • •Drive program strategy and indication knowledge
  • •Develop competitive strategies based on market trends
  • •Forecast and oversee key trial milestones
  • •Coordinate with feasibility leads across programs
  • •Lead regional Clinical Study Managers
  • •Select countries for clinical program studies
  • •Represent the region at global governance boards
  • •Manage interactions with regional program stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with regional GCP compliance teams
  • •Lead relationships with patient advocacy groups
  • •Conduct regular program and study delivery reviews
  • •Apply expert knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines
  • •Perform appraisals and provide performance feedback
  • •Support development plans for direct reports
  • •Contribute to hiring new regional talent
