Requirements

• •Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
• •Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience
• •In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems
• •Proven experience in leading teams and expert technical functions
• •Strong business acumen
• •Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and decision-making
• •Exceptional communication skills in English
• •Experience leading major change initiatives
• •Embodiment of the VACC leadership model

Tasks

• •Define and execute the strategic direction for Process Performance
• •Lead a team of experts to achieve critical business objectives
• •Improve process robustness and efficiency in manufacturing science
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet financial targets
• •Manage the department budget and lead with KPIs
• •Own the process performance health and product roadmap for commercial products
• •Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
• •Solve complex scientific and technical challenges in Process Performance
• •Implement optimized processes across the Roche network
• •Act as a spokesperson in process health reviews and audits
• •Standardize local business processes and champion best practices
• •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• •Foster team growth and ensure access to necessary resources
