- •Own the process performance health and product roadmap for commercial products
- •Make critical decisions to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency
- •Solve complex scientific and technical challenges in Process Performance
- •Implement optimized processes across the Roche network
- •Act as a spokesperson in process health reviews and audits
- •Standardize local business processes and champion best practices
- •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- •Foster team growth and ensure access to necessary resources
