- •Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related field
- •8+ years industry experience in PK/PD, PBPK
- •Proficiency in PK/PD and PBPK software
- •Strong understanding of ADME and pharmacology
- •Excellent leadership and project management skills
- •Experience with omics data or AI-modeling (plus)
- •Ability to manage multiple projects
- •Experience across multiple therapeutic areas (desirable)
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- •Interpret PK and TK data for drug discovery and development
- •Support nonclinical and development programs across therapeutic areas
- •Manage a team of Principal and Senior PK Scientists
- •Ensure consistent approaches for IND-enabling PK strategies
- •Oversee the planning and execution of PK and TK studies
- •Maintain scientific rigor and regulatory compliance with external CROs
- •Resolve issues regarding study design and data interpretation
- •Manage study timelines and troubleshooting
- •Collaborate with Research, NCD, CMC, and development functions
- •Provide PK and TK data for IND and NDA submissions
- •Represent the PK/QSP function in project teams and governance meetings
