Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related technical/systems discipline
  • Advanced degree a plus, practical technical experience and execution capability more important than formal credentials
  • Demonstrated omnichannel execution across owned, paid, field-enabled channels
  • Experience in regulated environments, understanding of European privacy, consent, compliance, GDPR
  • Proven experience managing agencies and external partners
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations, partnering with regional/global stakeholders
  • Background in consumer packaged goods, consumer technology, or consumer-facing industries preferred, not required; pharma/biotech experience a plus
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus

Tasks

  • Provide regional operational leadership for omnichannel execution
  • Ensure delivery outcomes and execution quality
  • Lead intake, prioritization, and coordination of omnichannel initiatives
  • Balance global expectations with local market needs
  • Manage complex dependencies across content, data, platforms, approvals, and partners
  • Ensure coordinated execution across digital and field-enabled interactions
  • Drive sequencing and orchestration to reduce fragmentation
  • Establish consistent execution quality standards
  • Maintain content accuracy, user experience, accessibility, and compliance
  • Apply a product delivery mindset for repeatability and scalability
  • Define and reinforce effective omnichannel delivery standards
  • Identify and address systemic execution challenges
  • Establish operational governance for omnichannel delivery
  • Ensure compliance with European regulatory and privacy requirements
  • Serve as the primary operational lead for external partners
  • Set clear expectations for partner delivery timelines and quality
