Description

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including conducting market research, drafting presentations, managing client relationships, and overseeing M&A processes. Your work will be pivotal in facilitating successful transactions and investor communications.

Requirements

• •3 to 5 years practical experience in investment banking, M&A boutique, or equivalent
• •Extensive knowledge of sector trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics
• •Experience in Capital Markets and/or M&A sell-side projects
• •Profound practical valuation expertise including comparable company and transaction analyses
• •Advanced Excel modeling skills
• •Experience in pitching for and originating M&A mandates
• •Excellent skills in standard office software and databases
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Strong oral and written skills in German and English
• •Team player with adaptability to different team compositions
• •Ability to assume responsibilities and accountability
• •Strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines
• •Special knowledge and reliability according to § 87 (2) WpHG and related regulations

Tasks

• •Conduct company and market research
• •Draft marketing and pitch presentations
• •Perform company valuations
• •Prepare marketing materials for capital market mandates
• •Manage investor communication during sell-side processes
• •Oversee due diligence and data room management in M&A transactions
• •Coordinate project management for M&A buy- and sell-sides
• •Communicate with client advisors, including legal and tax professionals
• •Manage client relationships during M&A preparations and execution
• •Collaborate with coverage teams to originate transactions
