- •Collaborate with internal and external partners
- •Provide guidance to R&D projects
- •Represent Translational Research in core teams
- •Liaise with RTALs to support research strategies
- •Participate in global cross-functional teams
- •Contribute to regulatory submissions and publications
- •Supervise and mentor research scientists
- •Maintain knowledge through literature reviews
- •Support contract negotiations and patent filings
- •Ensure compliance with quality standards
- •Provide input for strategic planning and due diligence
