Tasks
- Oversee regional GTS budgets according to LRP & AOP planning
- Conduct detailed contract reviews
- Implement cost-optimization initiatives through vendor performance and spend analysis
- Adhere to GTS geographical sourcing and vendor strategy
- Lead day-to-day GTS operations across Europe and New Markets
- Ensure service delivery meets business expectations
- Create and collaborate on global, regional, and local SLAs and OLAs
- Establish and monitor KPIs for accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Optimize business processes with technology services
- Align technology services with user needs
- Enhance operational effectiveness through technology
- Direct service management and customer support
- Oversee Level 2 Service Desk and on-site support teams
- Implement service improvement plans
- Strengthen service quality, responsiveness, and user satisfaction
- Advise on compliant GTS solutions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, data protection, and AI governance standards
- Implement compliance controls ahead of schedule
- Support audits across Europe and New Markets
- Manage vendor relationships
- Optimize Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagements
- Align contracts and service agreements with corporate objectives
- Ensure performance standards and financial targets
- Liaise between GTS and business leaders
- Ensure technology initiatives address evolving business priorities
- Lead discussions on procurement, lifecycle management, and process optimization
- Enhance efficiency and transparency
- Run routine QBRs with stakeholders
- Lead technology projects in Europe and New Markets
- Collaborate with GTS and Business functions
- Apply standardized project management methodologies
- Improve delivery timelines and cross-functional coordination
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends
- Propose initiatives to strengthen BeOne’s technological advantage
- Lead quarterly innovation reviews
- Evaluate and adopt new solutions for business transformation
- Conduct regional roadshows and awareness sessions
- Promote technology adoption and digital maturity
- Manage FTEs
