Requirements

  • •Experience in shaping Digital Transformation Programs for public sector organizations
  • •Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst
  • •Experience in Management consultancy
  • •Experience in shaping target architectures
  • •Experience in assessing projects regarding delivery issues and performing value assurance for large programs
  • •Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • •Commitment to team success and willingness to provide constructive action
  • •Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and creative development of solutions
  • •Ability to be hands-on and manage multiple client priorities
  • •Bachelor’s degree, Master/MBA or equivalent experience
  • •Comfortable influencing and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
  • •Coachable and embracing best practices and feedback
  • •Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English
  • •Track record in achieving/exceeding revenue targets
