- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Fluency in English; other languages a plus
- •Proven experience in merchandise planning in a multi-unit national chain
- •Strong analytical skills for retail reports
- •Advanced computer skills including Excel and retail applications

- •Utilize history, sales trends, and market information for forecasting
- •Select and quantify assortments in partnership with Merchandising
- •Drive the Category Open-To-Buy process for EMEA websites and marketplaces
- •Identify and manage risks and opportunities to meet goals
- •Build strong cross-department partnerships within the Planning Team
- •Ensure alignment on DTC strategy, inventory levels, and forecasts
- •Conduct regular business analysis, both planned and ad hoc
- •Manage weekly and monthly merchandise reports
- •Develop new reports as needed
- •Assist or lead special projects to improve processes and business
