Tasks
- Provide complete service support to clients
- Resolve complex client inquiries
- Support Banker with account documentation
- Organize pre-call planning and post-meeting notes
- Maintain client call records and reports
- Assist in profiling and qualifying prospects
- Help convert prospects into Citi Private Bank clients
- Deepen existing client relationships through analysis
- Create sales and marketing strategies for revenue growth
- Conduct research to identify new clients and prospects
- Generate leads and develop prospects through networking
- Coordinate client events
- Provide accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports
- Ensure KYC/AML documentation is complete and updated
- Assess risk in business decisions with ethical judgment
- Drive compliance with laws and regulations
