Requirements
- •In-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise
- •Thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within area of expertise
- •Demonstration of Barclays Values: Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Stewardship
- •Knowledge of Corporate Banking product suite: Payments, Liquidity, FX, Lending, Trade & Working Capital
- •Experience in Customer Due Diligence procedures and awareness of Financial Crime policy
- •Knowledge of associated risks, compliance, KYC, and credit risk analysis skills
- •Understanding client’s complex requirements and positioning appropriate products
- •Excellent time-management, self-planning, organisational, presentation, communication, and IT skills
- •Ability to build excellent client relationships and develop internal network relationships
- •Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Assessment on key critical skills: risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology
- •Mandatory regulatory qualifications or minimum qualifications to meet internal benchmarks

- •Design customized solutions for client needs
- •Communicate value propositions and negotiate terms
- •Provide expert investment and risk management advice
- •Assess financial, legal, and operational risks
- •Document client interactions and transactions
- •Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics
- •Perform activities to a high standard consistently
- •Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development
- •Partner with other functions and business areas
- •Take responsibility for team operational processing
- •Escalate policy breaches appropriately
- •Manage risk and strengthen controls
- •Build understanding of sub-function integration
- •Make evaluative judgments based on factual information
