Tasks
- Assist Relationship Managers and team with client interactions
- Respond promptly to incoming calls
- Maintain and update client records
- Create system-based reports for Relationship Managers
- Provide clients with verbal and written information
- Avoid offering advice or value judgments
- Process orders, trades, and transactions
- Process payments outside e-channels
- Handle and execute client requests
- Support local teams with cash services
- Assist with client reception on-site
- Monitor maturity lists for deposits, loans, and trades
- Act on standard instructions for maturities
- Seek instructions from Relationship Managers or clients
- Organize and follow up on client meetings
- Manage meeting logistics and document preparation
- Support Relationship Managers with investigations and troubleshooting
- Maintain close internal cross-team collaboration
- Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies
- Raise concerns regarding risk
- Follow up on identified issues
- Escalate issues as necessary

- High school diploma
