  • Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations
  • Prepare slide decks and meeting materials
  • Manage vendor contracting and invoice handling
  • Support the medical project approval process
  • Coordinate cross-border activities
  • Assist with non-interventional study administration
  • Follow security, privacy, and purchasing procedures
  • Interact with senior executives regarding sensitive information
