- University degree in Business Administration, Procurement or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, customer service skills
- Proven end-to-end process mapping expertise

Tasks
- Provide global Level 1 SAP PtP support
- Manage daily JIRA tickets
- Handle vendor master data updates
- Manage vendor deactivations
- Process PtP documents (PRs, POs, contracts, GRs)
- Run SAP reports
- Analyze SAP reports
- Support users with data extraction
- Act as a key PtP representative for ERP transformation (Bora)
- Provide best-practice input for ERP transformation
- Back up the PtP GPO role
- Provide on-site support in Geneva when needed
- Support process simplification
- Support operational efficiency
- Support digital enablement
- Advance automation
- Build RPA skills
- Drive productivity improvements through automation
- Act as a central point of contact for improvements
- Identify continuous improvement ideas
- Collect continuous improvement ideas
- Filter continuous improvement ideas
- Enhance continuous improvement ideas
- Support implementation of improvement ideas
- Support testing of PtP enhancements
- Support documentation of PtP enhancements
- Support rollout of PtP enhancements
- Support testing of global initiatives
- Support documentation of global initiatives
- Support rollout of global initiatives
- Develop PtP training for new specialists
- Deliver PtP training for new specialists
- Develop PtP training for SAP users
- Deliver PtP training for SAP users
- Maintain global PtP standards
- Update PtP documentation
- Update PtP guidelines
- Update PtP community content
- Assist with SAP document creation
- Assist with contract support
- Provide Legal Contract Portal guidance
- Manage PtP intranet content
