Description

You will drive the performance of residential properties by balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational management, from overseeing large-scale renovations to enhancing the tenant experience.

Requirements

• •Fluent German and English skills
• •Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or vocational training as real estate agent with relevant experience
• •Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in residential real estate
• •Basic knowledge of German real estate market and law
• •Strong analytical understanding and numerical affinity
• •Attention to detail and risk awareness
• •Basic knowledge in project development and repositioning of commercial properties
• •Ability to identify and implement value enhancement strategies
• •Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• •Professional and committed demeanor
• •High self-motivation and independent work style

• •Teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
• •Passion for real estate
• •Fluent German and English skills (C2 level)

Tasks

• •Manage strategic and operational residential assets
• •Maintain asset and portfolio data systems
• •Create internal and external approval requests
• •Evaluate new investments and proposed sales
• •Analyze Capex projects and annual hold-sell cycles
• •Support semi-annual portfolio planning and budgeting
• •Coordinate internal and client reporting requirements
• •Oversee property management and leasing providers
• •Manage large-scale renovations and repurposing projects
• •Improve tenant communication through digital apps
• •Organize tenant events and satisfaction surveys
• •Execute measures to reach sustainability goals
