Requirements

  • Apprenticeship as Automation Technician, Electromechanics, Automation Assembler, Assembly Electrician, Electrician, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in control cabinet assembly
  • Self-motivated and able to plan and execute tasks independently
  • Proactive and takes initiative
  • High-quality workmanship and solid knowledge of materials and electrical tools
  • Basic IT skills (digital document handling, SAP basics, Teams, Outlook)
  • Fluent German; good English skills (spoken and written)

Tasks

  • Support unit in meeting production targets
  • Adhere to systems and processes
  • Use machinery and equipment on shop floor
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
  • Assemble products, systems, and panels
  • Wire modules and systems according to documentation
  • Deliver required quality
  • Adhere to safety regulations, deadlines, and time specifications
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream departments
  • Prepare red-line corrections
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational regulations
