- Technical degree in Electrical/Electromechanical/Power Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Successful track record introducing power products to new international clients
- Minimum 5 years technical and sales experience in electrical equipment
- Good knowledge of high voltage, railway traction, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy, or e-mobility sectors
- Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems
- Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop convincing communication strategies
- Proven ability to think creatively and resolve problems
- Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Excellent English (written and oral), French and/or German desirable
- Open to frequent travelling
Tasks
- Develop business by prospecting new clients
- Manage current accounts for existing and new products

- Guide development of new business segments
- Guide product roadmap development
- Develop business cases for individual products
- Prepare product launch plans
- Prepare market placement plans
- Provide technical expertise
- Drive customer-oriented activities
- Implement company strategies
- Introduce Sécheron's products on future platforms
- Analyze customer requests and needs
- Ensure clients receive firm offers
- Provide offers according to client needs
